Reservations Reservations to play on the championship links can be made by telephone, letter, fax or email to the Secretary’s Office. To secure a reservation the club will require written confirmation along with a non-refundable deposit per golfer. Reservations and starting are controlled and allocated through the Secretary’s Office and administered on a day-to-day basis by the Professional and the Club Starter. Current handicap certificates will be required from all temporary members. Arrival On arrival please report to the Professional's Shop where you will be booked in and expected to pay the balance of your Green Fees. The Professional will require all golfers to produce handicap certificates, no one will be allowed to play without a handicap certificate. Visitors are required to sign the Temporary Members Book. Caddies are available by arrangement with the Professional. Please report to the starter at least 10 minutes prior to your allocated start time. General Please do not leave any articles of value in the Gentleman's Dressing Room. Should you have any article which you wish to ensure is secure then please deposit it with The Club Steward who will place it in the safe. Catering: Visitors wishing to have lunch are requested to advise the catering staff before play. Lunch is available daily from 12.00 noon. Evening meals by arrangement with the Caterer. Snacks are available throughout the day until 6.00 p.m. (Winter 5.30 p.m.)
Society, company and prestige days may be booked through the Club, subject to availability. The use of mobile phones is restricted to the car park only back to top |
