Terms and Conditions of Booking (w/e 01 Aug2022)

Booking Conditions – For Tour Operators and Groups of more than 8

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. A provisional enquiry will be held for 14 days after which the tee time will be released unless a deposit has been paid.
Full and final payment for green fees is required 60 days before the day of play.
Bookings made within 60 days of the date of play will be charged 100% of the green fee at the time of booking.

Within 60 days of the date of play, all payments received are non-refundable. 

Reduction in Numbers 
Groups can reduce in numbers up to 60 days prior to the day of play with no penalty. The total deposit paid will be applied to the balance for the remaining players.

Refunds / Cancellation
Cancellations received more than 60 days in advance of the date of play will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Failure to pay your outstanding balance by a date 60 days prior to your reserved pre booked date of play will result in the release of your pre booked tee time and loss of any deposits paid.

Within 60 days of the date of play, cancellations will result in forfeiture of the full green fees paid.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality.   

Changes To Your Booking
Up to 60 days prior to the day of play, tee times can be moved to an alternative date within a year of the original booking (subject to availability). Should the green fee rate increase any difference will be charged.

Adverse Weather and Course Closure
If you are unable to complete your round of golf due to the course closure, you will be entitled to re-book or receive a full refund for the part of the round un-played. If the course is open and you decide not to play no refund will be given.

Governmental Lockdowns (COVID)

If the ‘UK’ government decide to lockdown and restrict freedom of movement that results in a party being unable to travel and play their pre booked round, unfortunately we will not offer refunds, however we will make every effort to re book that party at a time of their choosing (subject to availability) and upon the country re-opening.

(Again we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality).

Winter Play
Please note that during winter months (normally November through March incl) we carry out annual essential maintenance and works.  Occasionally there may be hole closures and/or a shortener course in play.

PGA Professionals
PGA professionals will receive courtesy of the course when bringing 2 or more guests paying a full green fee.
